Official Trailer: Revolver Rani (2014)

Official Trailer: Revolver Rani (2014)

Revolver Rani is a satirical and unusual love story set against the back drop of politics. Kangna Ranaut plays Alka Gujjar (aka Revolver Rani), the leader of a political party, and Vir Das plays her lover-boy Rohan Mehra, a rising star of Bollywood.

Even before you see anyone on the screen, Kangana says, "Hum Hain Alka Singh. I louve phasion, phun aur gun. (I am Alka Singh and I love fashion, fun and gun.)"

There is an overdose of rural language in the trailer but Kangana pulls it off well and makes it a realistic experience. However, the trailer looks uncessarily high on expletives. Kangana, nonetheless emerges as an authentic and believable character. \

Written & directed by Sai Kabir, the film also features Piyush Mishra. The movie is co-produced by Tigmanshu Dhulia and Rahul Mittra. Revolver Rani is slated for release on 11th April.

Exclusive Song: Tumse Pyaar Ho Gaya (Shaadi ke Side Effects)

Exclusive Song: Tumse Pyaar Ho Gaya (Shaadi ke Side Effects)

Time and again Farhan Akhtar has caught the fancy of many fans interested in poetry with lyrical lines on the social networking sites. However, in his upcoming film, Shaadi Ke Side/Effects the actor-director-producer plays a struggling musician Sid who takes up the job of a jingle writer-composer to pay his bills.

However, since Farhan loves music and his guitar, the role was special to Farhan and thus he gave a spin to the featured jingles.

Director Saket Chaudhary and the brand team of Skore condoms, an in-film sponsor in Shaadi Ke Side/Effects whose jingle Farhan’s character in the film was supposed to sing in the film, were in for a pleasant surprise when Farhan added his own lines to the jingle. He included the line – ‘I love my mother-in-law!’ referring to Rati Agnihotri who plays Vidya’s mother in the film.

Music Video: Harry Is Not A Bharmachari (Shaadi Ke Side Effects)

Music Video: Harry Is Not A Bharmachari (Shaadi Ke Side Effects)

Harry is not a bharmachari, oh wait.. bharmachari means? i guess virgin. Hehe! Only the title of the song is in English otherwise its a full on Punjabi Song.

We can see Farhan Akhtar and his buddy (In the movie) Vir Das Entered in A Club, Full of hot, white chicks. Temptating, isn't it! Then we see the Rapper "Ishq Bector" Rapping something in the song. He is noway close to "Honey Singh".

Then the actual singer discloses himself, its "Jazzy B" . Yeayy!! For all the Punjabi Fans! But Booo For Me.
I was thinking like in "Pyaar ke Side Effects" ,famous Pakistani Singer "Arif Lohar" will be the Singer. None the less, Jazzy B sang it quite well but lyrics are the worst part of the song.

The music is Composed by "Pritam". He was also the composer for the 1st Part of the movie.

The Films Cast Includes, Farhan Akhtar & Vidya Balan in lead roles , supporting cast includes Vir Das & Ram Kapoor and the film's name tells the story. "Shaadi ke Side Effects" you will get to know what are the side effects of marriage.

The film will release on 28 Feb 2014. It will be a treat to watch two Award Winning Actors Together.
